Bul FC worsen Express FC woes as the Red Eagles suffered another defeat in the Azam Uganda premier league fixture at the Kakindu stadium, Jinja.

Bul FC had a goal scoring chance through Crespo Asiku whose attempt with the header failed but still resulted into a goal scoring opportunity for Daniel Shabena who was not quick enough as his shot was obstructed by Express defenders at the 43rd minutes.

Nevertheless the home side got a breakthrough in the second half through Sibira Yunus’ incursion. Substitute Yunus diverted into the net the ball after a corner kick and a failed attempted strike by another Bul FC striker to make the difference.

Kefa Kisala’s boys have now won for the second time this season since the first and last victory at home over UPDF.

The Jinja side also bounced back from losing games given the 4–0 defeat they suffered away to URA in their last fixture before this one consequently they now seat eleventh on the table with eight points, two wins, two draws and three loses.

Whereas the lose happens to be the second consecutive one for Express as their last fixture ended in a two-one lose to Onduparaka.

In the seven games played by Express, the have only won two, drawn one and lost four hence seat thirteenth on the table with seven points.

Bul FC will play their next fixture yet at home again as they host Onduparaka FC on 3rd November whereas Express hosts Bright Stars at the Wankulukuku Stadium on 31st October 2017.
