Onduparaka signs another player at undisclosed fee. Known as Okocha, the midfielder becomes the fourth player the caterpillars have signed this transfer window besides Rajab Kakooza, Karim Ndugwa and Nicolas Sebwato.

Reports from the Club PRO explains the 22-year-old who finally joined from lower division side Nebbi Central was to Join the Caterpillars family the previous season but felt he had unfinished business.

“Okocha was supposed to join the caterpillars last season but he kept his loyalty to push Nebbi central to FUFA big league, unfortunately Nebbi central were demoted to the lowest division due the crowd violence in the playoff finals against Vurra Fc.” Explained Otelul.

The midfielder who put pen to paper for a three years deal is well spoken of by Onduparaka coach Livingstone Mbabazi, Mbabazi said;

He is one of the most talented players in West Nile I have appreciated. I love his speed and the deliveries, he will help us at both defending and attacking.

Rashid Okocha will Join the rest of the players on 3rd/07/2017 as Onduparaka resumes training for the season that will start later in either August or September.
