Griezmann and Lukaku to play besides Zlatan

Manchester United Boss Jose Mourinho has prepared a budget of £160 Million to bring in Atletico Madrid’s play maker Antione Griezmann and Everton’s wonder kid Romelu Lukaku to enrich the clubs striking partnership alongside Zlatan Ibrahimović.

Griezmann who is also a target for Real Madrid has been chased for months by Mourinho and he seems not to be giving up. Considering the fact that Skipper Wayne Rooney seems to be exiting, the 54-year-old Coach believes the signing of Lukaku and Griezmann could be a marvelous addition to the attacking system of united and a solution to qualifying for Champions League next season if he fails this time.

Lukaku who is the Premier League top striker with 23 goals was once coached by Mourinho at Chelsea however he first gave him on loan to West Brom and then Everton before the move was made Permanent. Lukaku who cost £28m then is being priced by Everton boss Ronald Koeman at £70m. From Mourinho’s determination, he is ready to lure Manchester united to match the world record fee of £89m Pogba signing.

At the same time French man Griezmann would wish to play under Mourinho though his condition is United’s participation in the CL next season. 31-year-old English striker Rooney embraced the idea of returning to his child hood club but united is challenged with the nature of his contract.

Rooney who is understood to be willing to accept whatever fee Everton is ready to offer him has a contract at the Old Trafford worth £31m with two years left to expire but for his transfer to be successful he might need a compensation of about £20m.
