VIPERS SC BOUNCES BACK FROM DARK HOLES

Vipers bounced back from dark holes with a Victory over Kirinya Jinja SSS after Fortbet Man of the match Milton Karisa’s goals received no response.

The Venoms were humiliated by KCCA few days ago at the StarTimes stadium however successfully, they sought and found redemption from Jinja side following a brace from the 22-years-old forward.

Karisa netted the opener at the 24th off Waiswa Moses cross before completing his brace at the 69th minutes.

Tom Masiko made an attempt to score but face blockage on the way whereas Frank Zaga Tumwesigwa could as well score before full time if he didn’t blast a rebound wide.

The outstanding display of effort by Karisa earned him Fortbet man of the man and received cash price of 100,000 UGX. The former BUL FC player has now scored a total of 5 goals to his name.

After beating UPDF  1-0 in their last fixture, Kirinya Jinja SSS was unable to uphold the form and replicate results. The lose is their 5th of the season. With the 17 points to their name, Kirinya is positioned 7th on the table.

Whereas Vipers’ much needed win becomes their second in eight attempts. In total Miguel Da Costa’s side has registered 5 wins in 12 games now, and collected 20 points for which they deserve their 4th position on the log.

As Vipers will seek to maintain winning ways in their next fixture on 28th November at St. Mary’s Stadium against URA,  Kirinya will run back home to restore themselves in the fixture with Maroons FC.
