KITATA LATE STRIKE FRUSTRATES EXPRESS PROFOUNDLY AS SC VILLA CLAIMS TOP SPOT

Kitata scored towards the end of the game for SC Villa as the traditional giants climb on top of the table.

After 88 minutes of goal drought, substitute Alex Kitata who was introduced at the 79th minutes notched the much needed goal for Villa to differentiate the two sides.

Kitata was introduced to replace Godfrey Lwesibawa and 9 minutes later Ronnie Kisseka brushed the ball backwards unfortunately on the visitors’ side and fortunately on the hosts side as Alex Kitata from a close range taps the ball in between the goal keepers’ legs into the net.

Yet Earlier on, Express player Micheal Birungi made an upward curvaceous attempt from 25-yards only to be denied by the cross bar.

As Kitata will be looking forward to offer salvation for Shafiq Bisaso’s side again in their next fixture against Masavu FC on 28th November 2017, Express will continue to seek restitution from poor results in their next fixture against Soana FC at The Kavumba recreational grounds on the same day.
