PROLINE ABANDONS BOTTOM PLACE FOR SLEEPING GIANTS EXPRESS AFTER BEATING SOANA

Proline FC abandoned the 16th place on the log to sleeping giants Express FC after beating Soana FC 2–0 at the star times stadium Lugogo.

Bayo Fahad and team captain Mandela strike eight minutes before the end of first half to secure Proline’s future in the fixture.

From a corner kick, after up and down movement of the ball, the Arua boy acrobatically turned to shot the ball past Soana goal keeper to give the home side the lead at 37 minutes meanwhile the 40th minutes saw Mandela Joseph doubled their lead.

With the first win of the season, Proline FC takes the eleventh position on the table after four games, one draw and two loses.

Soana is twelfth with four points, one win, one draw and one lose. They will host Police FC in the Kavumba Recreational Centre in their next fixture as Proline FC battles out with Vipers SC at the St. Mary’s Stadium Kitende in their next game.
