Okhuti is no longer on loan but a permanent Onduparaka player according to an article released by the club’s P.RO through their fans Facebook group.
The 27-year-old former KCCA player was released on loan to the caterpillars last season after failure to win Mike Mutebi’s heart hence inability to secure consistent and first team play.
“Ceaser will permanently play for Onduparaka FC after completing his switch from KCCA FC recently.” Quotes the statement.
Okhuti decided to wear shirt number 28 the forth coming season due to his admiration of Mamelodi Sundown’s forward Anthony Laffor. In his own words, this is what he said;
“Next season I’m putting on number 28 because I like Anthony Laffor of Sundown, I watched him play and he excited me, it’s simply the reason I need the digits.”
It’s understood that it’s for reason this reason Okhuti’s fellow teammates at Onduparaka call him Laffor.
Unfortunately the club neither confirmed how long the contract is and neither disclosed any fee.
